What To Expect At Your Visit

A comprehensive assessment of your shoulder problem. Allow an hour for your first visit. This consultation will involve taking a detailed history of your shoulder issue. Phillip will look at the whole person, involving a biopsychosocial approach to assessing your shoulder issue. He will investigate any lifestyle factors that may be playing a part in your continuing pain, as well as looking for connections to specific shoulder structures that may be at fault.

Melbourne Shoulder Physiotherapy - We are about shoulders!

Melbourne Shoulder Physiotherapy offers a comprehensive approach to assessment and treatment, including a home exercise program, at our centrally located East Melbourne clinic. We can also offer home visiting services if you are struggling to get to the clinic. We are happy to offer second opinions. We are also pleased to work with your treating physiotherapist to review your current program. We work with all orthopaedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists. A referral is not necessary to visit Melbourne Shoulder Physiotherapy, but we happily will take referrals from your G.P. and will provide them with an assessment and a plan for treatment.
